In Europe 20 million person are more than 75 and they’ll be very soon unable to reach the bedroom and bathroom floor. In France 82% of houses have an attic and 48% are already used for additional rooms.
To access the 1st floor people are limited by the cost and floor capture of usual lifts and the limitations of the stairlifts. To access the attic, folding stairs and kit spiral stairs are used but both are uncomfortable and use space on the floor.
